The exterior picture shows the 6' sliding glass door and a 7' unobstructed window facing the ocean. There is also a large common (shared) patio area surrounding the Jacuzzi and BBQ area complete with chairs and chaise lounges for your use.

This condo has ONE reserved parking spot. (Please note: we do not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.)
